At Impact 3D Signs Ltd we recognize the importance of keeping your data safe.  It is our policy to keep data we hold to an absolute minimum.  This means we only hold contact details, which may include the following:

- Your e-mail address.

- Your mobile number, office number or direct line.

- The position you hold within the company or organization.

- and if you are a supplier to Impact 3D Signs Ltd we may also hold your bank details for prompt payment of accounts.

This data is strictly held on our records for the purpose of conduting normal business communication between ourselves our customers and our suppliers.  We will never share, distribute or sell this data to any third party without receiving your expressed permission in writing.  If at any time you require us to remove your details from our records we will undertake to do this without delay.
